Welcome to Wirksworth Kickboxing
The first steps are often the hardest to take, but are the most rewarding. We strive to provide the best quality kickboxing training for ages 5 and upwards, kids and adults at all fitness levels in and around the Wirksworth area.
We recognise everyone’s reasons for starting martial arts vary and also appreciate that you want to make sure this is a good fit for you, so we offer 2 completely free trial classes to all potential students.
Our classes are run to ensure:

We aim to deliver a wide variety in our classes, improving fitness, self-confidence, flexibility, and realistic self-defence. We also regularly integrate the opportunity to practice sparring and learn technical grading sets, both of which are optional.
I've been attending the ladies class for two years now, it's a great environment and a really nice group of women. Since starting the class my fitness level has improved immensely and there's nothing like hitting pads to get rid of stress! The instructor is fantastic, he really knows what he's doing and is welcoming and supportive. I wouldn't be without it now.
The instructors Ceri & Paul run a great, varied, fun class with lots of good instruction, especially to get you through grading and help and encouragement if you also want to compete in tournaments.
